Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Mad Hatter Nail Boutique has a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. There will be a fee of 100% if there is a no call no show. Deposited appointments must be cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, kindly reach out to your stylist first via their Instagram or cell phone (if applicable). If not you can notify Mad Hatter Nail Boutique at (412)235-8665 as soon as possible to reschedule. Thank you!
